Dukkah is traditionally a middle eastern dipping spice eaten with crusty bread and a good quality olive oil.
My various spice blends are all gluten free, dairy free and are suitable for a great range of dietary needs.
I have many retail outlets around Tasmania and the Salamanca markets every Saturday from 8 am til 3 pm.

We have had a huge response to the Dukkah and everyone who tries it LOVES it. We are glad that we can offer a product that everyone enjoys. The ingredients are sourced as local as possible but we also source organic where possible also.

This is my newest flavour and has proven to be extremely popular. Made from Tasmanian ingredients it is very unique and is very different to the other flavours I make.
It contains Hazelnuts, Tasmanian Wasabi, Tasmanian Wakame and Mountain Pepper. This special flavour has the Wasabi flavour but not the sting.....

This is my latest flavour and has been really well received. It has a curry idea to it and has many health properties such as Tumeric, coriander and Cumin. It does contain peanuts.

New release and has taken off like a rocket. this is a very flavoursome blend of spices that is great on lamb, potatoes and anything. slightly spicy but an amazing amount of different flavours on your palette.
It is nut free but does contain garlic.

Again this is a nice mild Dukkah that is very easy to eat and very addictive. This flavour is well suited to chicken dishes or as a coating before being cooked. It is also based on the traditional recipe from Egypt and is great with crusty bread and olive oil.

Good to eat with bread and olive oil, or coat your fish with it and pan fry it. The oils in the nuts will make it a tasty meal. This flavour is not too plain and simple and has a nice tang to it. This is one of my most popular flavours.
